SAILS (Saudi Arabian Integrated Logistics Systems), a concierge services company established in Saudi Arabia to aid Western and Saudi companies in both the government and commercial sectors.

Saudi Venture Development Company (SVDC) was formed to provide financial management services to the group companies.

Horizon Communication Services (HCS) was formed for the explicit purpose of providing IT Networking & Communications services.

BioLab Arabia (BLA) estabalished to produce and supply Water Additives under license from BWA.

HorizonSat set up in the Internet City of Dubai, UAE to provide satellite communications in the Middle East, Asia and Africa.

Mustang International, LP, part of John Wood Group PLC, acquired a majority interest in Al-Hejailan Consultants through a newly established joint venture, Mustang Al-Hejailan Engineering.
